Snapsheet’s Strategy & Implementation team is responsible for ensuring that our software carrier clients are running their organizations at maximum efficiency as well as making sure that Snapsheet is building the best possible products for the market. They do this by leveraging industry knowledge to implement best-in-class workflows and tracking customer metrics and feedback to ensure that our clients are realizing the efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction benefits they expect in the platform. The team ensures that implementations are launched with speed and can be scaled to grow with our business. The team is working on several implementations for both our claims and payments platforms, as well as working on winning new clients to grow the business!

What does your day-to-day look like?

As the Director of Strategy & Implementation, I manage the strategy and direction of the Strategy and Implementation team within Snapsheet and with our customers. This includes developing the team, processes, and an operating model that are built to scale. Every day is different, but I often spend my time with implementation planning and project management for current implementations of the Claims Management and Transactions software platforms. I also work with various internal Snapsheet teams to continuously enhance our product development and delivery.

I work directly with insurance carriers to develop baseline metrics and assess benefits realized from the SaaS platforms, and liaise with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to provide a feedback loop from our customers back into the Snapsheet product. Additionally, I provide platform demos to prospective carriers and am focused on developing a Strategy and Implementation playbook that allows Snapsheet to rollout all products with speed at scale.

Basically, if you want to build something great, this is an amazing opportunity to do just that!

You may not know this about me, but…

I lived in Ghana for 12 weeks and was offered a starring role in a movie! One of my friends in Ghana was an American actor in Ghana. He was starring in a Ghanaian film and they were looking to fill a leading role that I would be great fit for and my lack of acting experience was not an issue. Unfortunately, I couldn’t accept because I was scheduled to leave Ghana before the shoot.
