Snapsheet, a longstanding partner of Verisk, has developed a deep integration with ISO ClaimSearch, enabling customers to fully automate claim data reporting and alert generation within the Snapsheet platform. This allows customers to meet data reporting obligations while streamlining claims processing and automating alert generation, helping to mitigate risk more efficiently.

Integration Capabilities

Claim Contribution

A direct integration enables automatic claim data contribution, eliminating the need for manual data entry, freeing up resources for higher-value tasks.

Alert Generation

Alerts are returned directly into Snapsheet enabling Workflows to quickly take action to flag high-risk claims that may require more attention.

Once enabled, the Investigation Tab will be made available providing a color coded flag based on the alerts received

The results will be displayed in a table format and provide the following information:

  • The date the requests were submitted
  • The user who submitted the request
  • The status of the request
  • The risk indicator provided
  • Risk indicators can include:
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High

Users can also hyperlink into the ISO ClaimSearch Claim Visualizer portal
