Board Member
Dennis Chookazian is the former chairman and CEO of CNA Insurance Companies. In his 26 years at CNA, Dennis served in numerous executive capacities, including Chief Financial Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for all property, casualty, life, health and investment operations, in addition to his role as Chairman of the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining CNA, Dennis was a management consultant at Deloitte for eight years, working on various financial and systems related assignments. He also served as chairman and CEO of mPower, an internet startup providing electronic financial advice for management of 401K plans. Dennis is a seasoned board director and member, having served on the boards of 13 publicly traded corporations and 50 private companies throughout his career. He currently serves on the boards of four public companies and 15 private companies. In addition, he serves on the boards of six not-for-profit organizations.
Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a master’s in economics from the London School of Economics.

Brad is a creative, energetic problem-solver and serial entrepreneur
Brad is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Snapsheet. Our fearless leader and a serial entrepreneur, Brad has led Snapsheet through multiple periods of hypergrowth since its inception in 2011. He is passionate about solving complex problems using streamlined technical platforms that delight customers. Brad directs all aspects of development and operations, leading by example through a model of servant leadership. His work with Snapsheet has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and Fast Company. Brad has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from Indiana University Bloomington. He is a guest lecturer at Northwestern University.
Board Member
Sanjay Aggarwal is a venture partner at F-Prime Capital, where he focuses on early stage investments in enterprise IT and fintech startups. Prior to F-Prime, Sanjay was the CEO of Unicel Technologies, an India-focused mobile messaging company. He successfully scaled the business to become a market leader and was ultimately acquired by Karix Mobile, a Blackstone-backed company. Earlier in his career, Sanjay worked at Devonshire Investors, McKinsey and Company, and Berkeley Process Control (acquired by Moog Inc), where he built advanced machine control systems.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Board Member
Howard A. Tullman is the general managing partner for the Chicago High Tech Investment Partners, LLC and for G2T3V, LLC – both Chicago-based, early-stage venture capital funds, which have invested in more than 25 startups in the last two years. He most recently served as the CEO of 1871, a Chicago-based non-profit digital startup incubator. He is also the Chairman of the Endowment Committee of Anshe Emet Synagogue, a founding member of the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (NACIE); a member of Mayor Emanuel’s ChicagoNEXT and Cultural Affairs Councils; a member of the Innovate Illinois and Illinois Arts Councils; an Advisory Board member of HighTower Associates and Imerman Angels, and an adjunct professor at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, as well as a regular guest lecturer at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Howard also served as the lead Director (and briefly Chairman) of The Princeton Review. Over the last 48 years, he has successfully founded more than a dozen high-tech companies.
Howard is the author of “Growing a Startup in the Digital Age,” “Launching a Startup in the Digital Age,” “Mavens, Mentors and Masters of the Universe in the Digital Age,” “Tools and Technologies in the Digital Age,” “Fundraising in the Digital Age,” “The Perspiration Principles (Volumes I thru XXIV)”, and he writes a weekly business blog for INC. Magazine. He also wrote and produced HindSight, a newsletter for several hundred executive subscribers, on current topics of interest to entrepreneurs and managers for several years.
Howard holds a bachelor’s degree and J.D. from Northwestern University, graduating with honors from both. He is an active art collector, donor, and supporter of the arts. He also was a producer for the Broadway show, “Swinging on a Star,” which won a Tony award in 1996.
Chief Financial Officer
Sue delivers expert financial leadership in high-growth, fast-paced tech environments.
Sue is the Chief Financial Officer at Snapsheet. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of the overall financial plan and the day-to-day financial management of the company. Sue is our financial expert, leader, and mentor. She provides insights into the marketplace and advice about the economic outcome of business decisions. Sue brings over 20 years of finance experience to Snapsheet, with a background working with high-growth tech companies. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University, holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned her CPA. When she’s not at Snapsheet, Sue can be found traveling with her family, rocking out at a great music festival, or challenging herself with a run, bike ride, or outdoor adventure.
Board Member
Donald Lacey is the Chief Investment Officer at Ping An Global Voyager, a growth stage fintech and healthtech venture fund formed by Ping An Group. Mr. Lacey joined Ping An from Citigroup, where he worked as a managing director in a variety of corporate and investment banking roles across Asia Pacific. He commenced his career as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York.
Mr. Lacey holds an S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Board Member
Michael Smith is Assistant Vice President of Corporate Development at USAA and co-manages its Venture Capital portfolio. Prior to USAA, Michael served as a director at Huron Consulting Group where he advised clients on corporate strategy and valuation matters. Earlier in his career, Michael was a consultant at Deloitte and PwC helping clients successfully optimize costs.
Michael holds a BBA at The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the London Business School.

Shelia is the founder and managing director of Tola Capital, a venture capital firm that invests globally in enterprise software companies across multiple stages. She is a seasoned software expert with a wide range of industry experience, blending financial and strategic acumen with deep knowledge and passion for software businesses.
Prior to founding Tola Capital in 2010, Sheila spent over a decade at Microsoft where in her most recent role, she served as the business and marketing leader for the Enterprise Application Platform. Prior to Microsoft, she was an investment banker for Robertson Stephens.
Sheila is a second-generation software entrepreneur, having grown up alongside her family’s software company in New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.

Andy is a transformational expert focused on leveraging technology to drive results.
Andy is President at Snapsheet. He is responsible for the overall customer experience and engagement and drives the execution of Snapsheet’s strategic initiatives. Over his twenty-plus years in the insurance industry, Andy has led growth and change strategies by leveraging technology at CNA and Travelers to improve operational efficiencies and achieve profitable growth. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington and has authored articles and white papers for the Wall Street Journal, Best Review Magazine, and Carrier Management. Outside of Snapsheet, Andy serves on the advisory board for Mylo, a Lockton-backed digital insurance broker. Additionally, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and playing golf poorly.
Chief Technology Officer
Ryan Staudt is the Chief Technology Officer at Snapsheet, where he is responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and overseeing the development of innovative, next-generation claims products. He leads a team of skilled engineers and developers to build solutions that are scalable, secure, and of the highest quality. Ryan was essential in establishing many of Snapsheet's innovations, including workflow automation, automatic work assignment, advanced integration capabilities, and embedded data and analytics solutions.
Ryan has a proven track record of delivering complex, business-critical enterprise software at scale. Prior to joining Snapsheet, he led the architecture for a suite of document management products at Hewlett-Packard, which handled billions of documents and security policies for customers in the legal, financial, and government sectors. At Motorola, he led the technical design for professional and commercial radio firmware used at scale, including custom real-time OS development and strict over-the-air time constraints.
Ryan earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is passionate about staying on the cutting edge of technology and regularly seeks out new and emerging trends to bring back to Snapsheet.
Chief Revenue Officer
Eric is a creative genius who maximizes revenue through integrative solutions.
Eric is the Chief Revenue Officer at Snapsheet. He is responsible for driving revenue across all areas of Snapsheet. Eric is a strategist and maximizer, continuously finding opportunities for growth and success. An experienced marketer, Eric aims to tell the Snapsheet story in simple, clear, and creative ways. He challenges perceptions, leads with humor, and believes fiercely in his product, his team, and himself. Prior to Snapsheet, Eric worked with high-growth tech companies leading marketing and revenue. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communications from Ohio State University.
Chief Operations Officer
Dan is a technology futurist who is passionate about the future of virtual claims
Dan serves as Snapsheet’s Chief Operations Officer and all-around technology futurist. Responsible for the strategic vision and excellence of Snapsheet’s technology, he is focused on creating the future of virtual claims. Prior to joining Snapsheet, Dan had an extensive background in software development at forward-thinking firms like Motorola and HP. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Northwestern University.
