Snapsheet, the complete, cloud-native platform built for the way P&C claims work, and claimtouch, the AI-native end-to-end contents claims platform, today announced a new integration partnership focused on delivering smarter contents claims workflows.
The integration enables real-time data sharing across systems to reduce the number of touchpoints and tasks required to process a contents claim by delivering accurate and validated contents reports directly into the claim workflow for both improved adjuster experiences and better end results for policyholders.
Contents claims, the Coverage C portion of a property loss, remain one of the most manual, fragmented, and resource-heavy processes in the industry due to lingering dependencies on parallel systems, outside research, and repeated handoffs. Claimtouch replaces those pain points with AI, machine learning, and big-data validation from first notice of loss (FNOL) through inspection, inventorying, pricing, and settlement.
“As claims technology continues to demand more impactful layers of automation in tandem with stronger data transparency and aggregation, carriers can't afford to take on added complexity, dependencies, or data inconsistencies to get it," said Bryan Quasthoff, Head of Commercial Operations at Snapsheet. "Partnerships like this one show how best-in-class technology for a nuanced function like contents claims can effectively plug right into a complete platform like Snapsheet to deliver the level of automation and data access carriers need without introducing fragmentation. It's automation that makes the whole system simpler, not more complicated."
The approach is already driving measurable impact for multiple P&C carriers, including Branch, Kingstone, and Openly who are already running their claims operations on the Snapsheet Claims Platform. That shared footprint made a direct partnership a natural next step. Rather than layering yet another point solution onto the process, the two companies are investing in a direct integration so contents claims can be adjudicated in one place using validated data adjusters can trust.
Working solely within the contents workflow, claimtouch picks up each Coverage C claim the moment it opens in Snapsheet and handles the full process across inventorying, pricing, adjudication, and payment to generate complete valuations tied to verifiable product listings and data-driven checks that flag potential fraud. Payments and supporting documentation flow back into Snapsheet automatically to replace a multi-day process with a review-and-approve workflow adjusters never have to leave the Snapsheet platform to complete.
Both companies see the goal of the partnership to be supporting carriers with impactful automation for one of their most stubbornly manual processes that doesn’t create added complexity, dependencies, or data inconsistencies that have historically come with it. In turn, carriers can deliver policyholders a faster, more transparent contents experience.
“We are excited to partner with Snapsheet to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for our mutual customers through enhanced integrations in the property and content claims workflow”, said Markus Larsson, at claimtouch. “Our mission is to enable adjusters to help policyholders recover faster—a commitment we share with Snapsheet.”
